These terms set out the essential rules for using LoopPocket.

1. Publisher and acceptance

By using LoopPocket, you agree to these terms.
2. Personal use
Use only media that you own or are authorized to use.
You remain responsible for copyright, image rights and the terms of third-party services.
LoopPocket must not be used for illegal sharing, bypassing restrictions or reposting another person’s content without permission.
3. Licence
You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use LoopPocket on your authorized Apple devices.
The LoopPocket name, code, design and original app elements remain protected.
4. Purchases
Products, prices, durations and any trial eligibility are those displayed by Apple at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account. Purchase restoration is available in LoopPocket.
5. Availability and contact
Some features depend on Apple or third-party services and may occasionally be unavailable. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
